汽缸套电镀铬厚度精密测控系统设计

摘要 汽缸套电镀层厚度精密测控系统采用模块化设计,以89C52单片机为控制芯片,电流分流器为信号采集元件。6个分流器分别采集6个汽缸套的电镀电压信号,经直流放大电路放大后,由多路模拟转换开关分时选通各汽缸套的电压信号,送入A/D转换电路,再将转变后的数字量送入单片机进行计算处理,实现了多汽缸套同时电镀时镀层厚度的单独测控,保证了电镀质量。试验结果表明,该系统测控精度高,多缸套电镀层厚度尺寸的一致性好。 Precision measure-control system for electroplating layer thickness of cylinder liner abrasion was designed with electric amperemeters as the sign collecting elements and with 89C52 MCS as the measure-control CMOS chip. The six electric amperemeters collected the signs of electroplating voltage from different cylinder liners. Having been magnified through the magnifying electrocircuit, the signs were sent to A/D to become digital signs at the different time controlled by multi-route simulating switches, the digital signs were then sent to 89C52MCS to be dealt with. The single exact quality control of MCS for chromium plating thickness was realized when multi-cylinder liners were plating at the same time, which guaranteed the quality of netted-hole chromium-plating. The measure-control system also had keyboard, LCD and alarm etc. The results showed that measure-control precision of the system is high and the coherence of multi-cylinder liners plating thickness is higher.
