摘要
本文采用琼脂倍比稀释法测定了4种抗菌药物对幽门螺旋菌(HelicobacterPylori,HP)的MIC。枸橼酸秘对42株HP的MIC范围为5-100μg/ml,MIC_(50)为20μg/ml,MIC_(90)为50μg/ml;氨苄青霉素和先锋霉素V对32株HP的MIC范围分别为0.0039-0.125μg/ml及0.0020-0.25μg/ml,MIC_(50)分别为0.0156μg/ml及0.0313μg/ml,MIC_(90)为0.0625μg/ml;氟哌酸对26株HP的MIC范围为0.5-16μg/ml,MIC_(50)为2μg/ml,MIC_(90)为16μg/ml。枸橼酸铋对HP的MIC范围较大,5%菌株MIC为100μg/ml。对其它三药MIC范围较小,浓度较低,说明HP对以上药物均敏感,但对枸橼酸铋可能存在耐药菌株。
he minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of 4 antibacterial agents on helicobacter pylori(HP) was tested by the agr double dilution methods. Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC),MIC50 and MIC90 were used to evaluate their antibacterial activity.The results showed that MIC,MIC50 and MIC90 were 5-100μg/ml,20μg/ml,and 50μg/ml for tripotassium dicitrate bi-smuthate(TDB) in 42 HP trains,0.004 - 0.125μg/ml,0.016μg/ml,and 0.063μg/ml, for ampicillin in 32 HPtrains, 0.002 - 0.25μg/ml,0.031μg/ml,and 0.063μg/ml,for Cefazolin in 32 HP trains,and 0.5-16μg/ml,2μg/ml,and 16μg/ml for norfloxacin in 26 HP trains,respectively.The MIC of TDB were higher thanthose of other three drugs. This experiment indicats that some antibacterial agents can inhibite HPeffectively,but the partial resistant HP trains to drugs may exist.
