双歧杆菌对小鼠免疫细胞的影响

EFFECT OF BIFIDOBACTERIA ON MOUSE IMMUNOCYTES

本文观察了双歧杆菌对小鼠单核吞噬细胞的吞噬功能和脾细胞转化功能的影响。结果表明，双歧杆菌腹腔注射后，使小鼠脾脏重量明显增加，吞噬功能显著加强，血中碳粒廓清速度加快，吞噬指数（Ｋ）较对照组明显增高，差异非常显著。淋巴细胞转化试验表明，本菌能在体外直接刺激小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞增植，并协同增强ＣｏｎＡ对淋巴细胞的刺激作用。提示双歧杆菌能非特异性活化巨噬细胞和增强淋巴细胞的转化功能。

his report presente the studies on the effect of Bifidobacteria on the phagocytic fuction ofmononuclear phagocytes and the proliferation of lymphocytes in mice. The phagocytic function ofmononuclear phagocytes was tested by the carbon clearance test,which showed that Bifidobacteriacould accelerate the phagocytic activation in mice treated inrtaperitoneally. The lymphocytetransformation test showed that Bifidobacteria could directly induce proliferation response ofspleen lymphocytes and aynergetically with conA to promote DNA synthesis of mouse splenocytesin vitro.
