绿色住宅室内设计中的若干思考因素

Thinking on Interior Design of Green Residential Buildings

从减少对自然的不良影响、建立健康和高质量的室内物理环境、把建筑物作为一个系统看待、提高建筑物质量和延长使用寿命等方面,阐述了绿色住宅的概念.介绍了我国香港地区关于绿色住宅内部环境设计的考虑因素,并从尽快建立我国绿色建筑评估标准和相关激励机制、推广教育宣传、鼓励公众参与等方面,提出了推动我国绿色住宅室内设计发展的对策.

This paper analyzes the concept of green residential buildings from the viewpoints of reducing negative impact,healthy and high quality indoor environment, regarding building as a system,improving building quality and prolonging building life. Then the paper introduces the assessment tool for the interior design of green residential buildings in Hong Kong, and puts forward the research countermeasures of China,such as establishing China's assessment tool and reward system, education system and public participation system.
