TEICOPLANIN体外抗菌活性研究

IN-VITRO ANTIBACTERIAL ACTIVITY OF TEICOPLANIN

Ｔｅｉｃｏｐｌａｍｉｎ为一种新的糖肽类抗生素。本文报道ｔｅｉｃｏｐｌａｎｉｎ对临床检验的１６５株革兰氏阳性球菌，包括甲氧西林敏感及耐药金黄色葡萄球菌（ＭＳＳＡ、ＭＲＳＡ）、肺炎球菌、粪链球菌和草绿色链球菌的体外抗菌活性，并与去甲万古霉素等抗菌剂比较。结果显示，ｔｅｉｃｏｐｌａｎｉｎ对ＭＲＳＡＭＳＳＡ、肺炎球菌和草绿色链球菌有强的抗菌活性，ＭＩＣ＿（９０）≤２ｍｇ／Ｌ，抑菌率为９５～１００％，对ＭＲＳＥ和ＭＳＳＥ的抗菌率为７１．４％和８２．６％。但对粪链球菌的ＭＩＣ＿（９０）为６４ｍｇ／Ｌ，抑菌率为５８．３％。

he in-vitro activity of teicoplahin was evaluated against 165 strains of Gram-positive cocci isolated clini-cally,and was compared with 11 other antibacterial agents, The results showed tbat teicoplanin had excellentantibacterial activities against methicillin-sensitive or resistant Staphylococcus aureus ,Streptococcus pneumo-niae and Streptococcus viridans. MIC9Os were≤2mg/L,and inhibition rates were 95%to 100%. Teicoplaninalso had good activity against methicillion-sensitive or resistant StaphJococcus epidermidis。But MIC 90 was64mg/L for Strepptococcus fecalis and inhibition rate was 58.3%. MIV9Os of norvancomycin against MRSA,MRSE,Streptococcus fecalis vvere 2,1. and 64mg/L. Inhibition rates were 100%,85.7%and 66.7%respec-tively
