肺癌患者外周血细胞染色体着丝粒点（cd）研究

STUDY OF CERTROMERIC DOTS(CD)OF PERIPHERIAL BLOOD SAMPLES FROMPATIENTS WITH LUNG CANCER

采用染色体ｃｄ带技术对１７例肺癌患者和１０例肺部良性病变患者外周血细胞染色体ｃｄ结构丢失作了初步分析，结果发现肺癌患者ｃｄ结构丢失频率显著高于肺部良性病变患者和正常人对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），而肺部良性病变组和正常人对照组之间无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。本研究结果提示肺场患者外周血细胞染色体ｃｄ结构丢失有增高的趋势。本文对ｃｄ结构丢失与癌患病人细胞非整倍性畸变的关系进行了讨论。

entrometric dots (cd)of periferal blood samples from 17 cases of lung cancer,10cases of benign pul-monary lesions and 11 normal persons were studied by Cd-banding technique. The results showed that thefrequencies of Cd loss were significantly bigher in patients with lung cancer than those of benign pulmonarylesions and controls(P<0. 001)we suggested that cell aneuploid occurredce in lung cancer might relate to thechange in Cd,The relationship between the cell aneunploid exsitin cancer and abnormal Cd change was alsodiscussed.
