氟喹诺酮类对大鼠肝微粒体细胞色素P_(-450)的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文报道依诺沙星、诺氟沙星200mg/kg灌胃,qdx7d,前者能明显延长大鼠戊巴比妥钠催眠时间及明显减少肝微粒体细胞色素P-450含量。后者仅轻度减少细胞色素P-450含量。本研究表明,依诺沙星具有明显抑制肝酶的活性而诺氟沙星仅有轻度的抑制作用。 everal new quinolones have been developed and used as effective antibacterial agents to treat a variety of infections ,It was reported that new quinolones might inhibit the activities of hepatic microsomal enzymes.Inthis report ,the effects of enoxacin and norfloxacin on rat hepatic microsomal cytochrome P 450 were investi-gated.Hypnotic time induced by sodium pentobarbital was significantly prolonged in rats with enoxacin(200mg/kg ,qd × 7d) ,while it was only slightly prolonged with norfloxacin. Enoxacin(200mg/kg,qd×7d)markedy in-hibited liver microsomal cytochrome P--450 ,but norfloxacin did so slightly. The results strongly suggest thatenoxacin markedly and norfloxacin slightly inhibited the activities of cytochrome P-450 in liver microsomes.
