摘要
目的探讨高能聚焦超声治疗良性前列腺增生的临床疗效及安全性。方法良性前列腺增生患者56例,应用FEPBYO2型高能聚焦超声治疗机治疗,完成治疗后1～3个月随访并评价疗效。结果治疗前后比较,患者前列腺增积、剩余尿、最大尿流率、国际前列腺症状评分、生活质量评分均有显著改善。所有患者未发现明显副作用。结论高能聚焦超声治疗良性前列腺增生是一种安全有效值得推荐的新方法。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) in treating patients with benign prostate hyperplasia. Methods 56 patients with benign prostate hyperplasia were treated by FEP-BYO 2. They were compared before treatment and 3 months after respectively. Results A significant improvement of prostatic volume, urine flow rate, symptom score, life quality and reduction of residuel urine has been achieved. No severe complications occurred. Conclusion This study shows that HIFU therapy was a secure and efficacious treatment for the benign prostate hyperplasia.
