摘要
应用有限差分法和传热学的基本原理对无定形塑料矩形截面型材挤出冷却过程,建立三维非稳态数学模型,并作出了数值解答,能够求出冷却时间,并据此确定了冷却水槽的长度。
The cooling process of the extruded bars of amorphous plastics with rectangular section was simulated based on heat transfer theory and finite difference method. A three-dimensional model of the transient temperature profile on the bar in cooling water was formulated. The model was numerically solved and an effective cooling technique was determined.
