摘要
借助于射线探伤,光学显微镜,扫描电子显微镜等分析手段,对某公司0.4mmSUS304不锈钢薄板焊接工艺及焊缝凹陷、缩沟进行了研究,总结出影响射线探伤底片暗线黑度的因素不仅仅是焊缝的凹陷、缩沟等,焊缝晶粒的分布位向和形态也是一个重要的影响因素。认为GB16749标准附录B在针对薄板(≤0.5mm)射线探伤分级方面有其不合理性,建议有关方面进行修改。
By means of radial examination, optical microscope and electron microanalysis we study the welding techniques and the depressed of SUS304 sheet, 0.4 mm thick. Experiment results show the factors influencing density in radiographs are not only weld' depressed but also crystal' exposure and shape. So we consider that the classification of radial examination is unreasonable for stainless steel sheet under 0.5 mm thickness and advise to amend the appendix B.
