摘要 采用HS2高强玻璃纤维及0Cr18Ni9不锈钢内衬,设计了内径500mm的球形及柱形树脂基玻璃纤维复合材料爆炸容器,容器通过了6MPa的水压试验和系列爆轰加载考核实验,炸药与球形及柱形容器的质量比分别达到3.3%和0.9%,研究结果表明容器的设计是成功的,并具有重要的推广应用价值。 By using the HS2 high strength fiberglass and 0Cr18Ni9 stainlesssteel, one spherical and cylindrical resin matrix fiberglass composite explosive containment vessel with 500mm inner diameter have been designed. These vessels have been passed the 6 MPa hydraulic test and a series of blast loading proof experiments, the mass ratio between the explosive and the vessels has arrived 3.3% and 0.9% correspondingly for spherical and cylindrical vessel. The research results has shown the design of the vessels is success and is of great value for application and popularization.
