摘要
对某石化公司炼油厂催化裂化装置中再生器内发生开裂的一、二级串联的旋风分离器系统进行了受力分析,并在有限元分析的基础上指出,导致一、二级旋风分离器串联处开裂的原因是一、二级旋风分离器吊挂结构承载不平衡,致使开裂处的应力超过了旋风分离器材料(1Cr18Ni9Ti)的持久强度而发生高温持久破坏。
In order to investigate the cracking reason for the cyclone separator system in regenerator in FCC units, the loading state of it was analyzed and FEM was used to analyze the stress state of the cyclone separator system. It was shown that the unbalanced load in the hanging structure of the 1st and 2nd stage cyclone separator led to the maximum stress over the creep rupture strength of 1Cr18Ni9Ti in cracking point.
