再次体外循环心内直视手术的危险及预防(附9例报告)

ABSTRACKRISK AND PREVENTION DURING OPEN HEART REOPRATION UNDERCARDIOPULMONARY BYPASS

本文结合我院9例再次体外循环心内直视手术的经验,讨论了再次手术的危险因素及预防。作者认为,降低手术死亡率的关键是;(1)手术应在发生严重血液动力学紊乱前尽早进行。(2)采取正确的操作方法,减少胸骨切开时发生意外的大出血。(3)尽量缩短升主动脉的阻断时间。

This paper is about our experience of open heat reopration under caediopulmon ary bypass in 9 cases,Riskfactores and prevention of reoperation were discussed.The authors concluded that the key for reducing operative mortality rate are: (1), Reoperate before severhemodynamic deterioration occurs. (2).Plan and conduct the operation to minimize accidents from repeat ster-notomy and dissection. (3). Keep aortic cross-clamp timeas short as possible.
