甲亢治疗中抗甲状腺药物对自由基和自身抗体的影响

INFLUENCE OF ANTITHYROID DRUG ON THE FREE RADICALS AND AUTOANTIBODY IN THE TREATMENT OF HYPERTHYROIDISM

本文测定甲亢病人抗甲状腺药物治疗前后血清SOD、TGA、TMA的浓度变化,发现治疗后甲状腺功能正常者血清SOD浓度升高和TGA、TMA浓度降低,提示抗甲状腺药物有清除超氧离子和调及机体免疫功能的作用。

We measured the serum levels of SOD.TGA and TMA in patients with Graves disease before and after an-tithyroid drug treatment. It was found that serum level of SOD rose and serum levels of TGA .TMA reduced inenthyroid patients after treatment. The results demonstrated that antithyroid drug could scavenge superoxide radi-cals and modulate immune function of body.
