Issues concerning International Airline Tickets

随着中国的进一步开放,国际交流日益增多,有越来越多的中国人走出国门,也越来越依赖国际航空运输这一交通方式。国际机票是国际航运中承运人与旅客之间存在运输合同关系的证明凭证,而其背面条款则提供了有关承运人与旅客权利义务关系的重要信息。本文旨在通过研究国际航运中的机票问题,对相关立法以及航空公司如何更加规范地保护旅客的利益提出建议。

With the deepening of China's opening up policy and the increasing of international communications, more and more Chinese people are going abroad and more and more Chinese people are going abroad by air. The international airline ticket is the contract of carriage showing the relationship between the carrier and the passenger, the back conditions on the ticket providing important information concerning rights and obligations of both the passenger and the carrier.This article aims to study issues concerning international airline tickets and offer some suggestions on what the legislators and airline companies can do in a more standardized way to protect the interests of passengers.
