Teaching college English with collaborative learning strategy by means of task-based teaching

长期以来，我国高校的英语教学主要采用以教师讲授、学生接受为主的教学方法，难以有效提高学生的语言实践能力。协作学习是目前许多国家普遍采用的一种富有创意和实效的教学策略。在大学英语教学中通过任务教学法实施协作学习策略是解决教学低效问题的途径之一。本文论述的是笔者在这方面所进行的理论探讨和对课堂教学实践的总结。

Collaborative learning is an original and effective teaching strategy that has been generally accepted in many countries now. Applying this strategy through the task-based language teaching in college is one of the effective ways to solve the problem of poor teaching efficiency. This paper represents the rationale of the strategy and the author's practical classroom experiment.
