摘要
以2,6-二甲基苯酚与4,4′-二氯二苯砜为原料经过缩合、侧甲基氧化、羧基酰化三步反应合成了4,4′-二(2,6-二甲酰氯苯氧基)二苯砜(TCDPS),总产率为50%.并用FT-IR,1H-NMR等技术确认其结构,表明得到了高纯度的目标产物.
<Abstrcat> A novel compound- 4,4′-di(2,6-dichlordiphenoxyl)diphenylsulfone(TCDPS) was prepared by 2,6-dimethylphenol and 4,4′-dichlordiphenylsulfone through three steps. The chemical structure was characterized by FT-IR?~1 H-NMR and DSC in detail. It was proved that the structure of the compound is in accordance with our design. It has high melting point(220.1 ℃). TCDPS can polycondense with 4,4′-diphenoxyldiphenylsulfone(DPODPS) and terephthaloyl chloride(TPC) at low temperature in the presence of AlCl_3 and NMP to give a series of star polymers.
