摘要
提出了利用测距仪测定运动矿车中铁矿石品位的技术原理和方法。测定系统已在鲁中冶金矿业集团公司应用,所测矿石品位偏差在0.4%以内,满足了界定品位的需要,在提高运矿效率、减少矿石损失、减少质检人员和降低成本等方面具有重要作用。
A technique principle and method was proposed to measure iron ore grade in a moving mine car with distance measuring instrument. This measuring system has been applied in Luzhong Metallurgy & Mining Group Co. The average grade deviation of iron ore measured by such system is less than 0.4%, meeting the requirement for cut-off grade. It also plays an important role in increasing efficiency of transporting ore, decreasing ore losses, decreasing QA Test Technician and ore-transportation cost, and etc.
