广西气刀土原料性能研究及在卫生陶瓷中的应用

摘要 采用化学分析、激光粒度分析、可塑法等测定方法测试了广西气刀土原料的性能,并研究了其在卫生陶瓷中的应用。结果表明,广西气刀土原料Al2O3含量大于35%,Fe2O3、TiO2含量小于0.7%,主要矿物组成为高岭石;具有高分散性和优良的可塑性、结合性、触变性、解胶性、烧结性能;耐火度高于1750℃,烧结温度范围大于200℃;颗粒组成处于微米亚微米级范围,数量分布统计数据为-1.0μm粒级达97%以上,平均颗粒仅0.255μm。实验证明,广西气刀土是一种性能优良的粘土原料,在釉料中引入4%~6%、在泥料中引入3%~9%的气刀土原料,可制得性能优良的卫生陶瓷产品。 In order to characterize Guangxi-Qidao clay and then use it properly, several methods, such as chemical analysis, laser size test, plasticity and so on, were used. The clay was introduced to sanitary wares. The results show that in the clay the content of Al2O3 is more than 35%, the content of Fe2O3 and TiO2 is less than 0.7% and its main mineral is Kaolin, and that the clay has high dispersancy and good properties of plasticity, binding, rheopexy, dispergation and sinterability. The refractoriness temperature is more than 1?750 ℃ and sintering temperature more than 200 ℃. Grain size is within a range of between micro and submicro, and its statistical distribution shows that the grain size of -1.0 μm amounts to over 97% and the average grain size is only 0.255 μm. By adding the Qidao raw clay of about 4%~6% in glaze and 3%~9% in pug the resultant sanitary wares with excellent properties was obtainable.
