后颅窝肿瘤的CT诊断与鉴别(附153例分析)

CT in Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of posterior Fossa Tumors

报道经手术及病理证实的后颅窝肿瘤153例，听神经瘤49例（32％），髓母细胞瘤26例（17％），血管母细胞瘤20例（13％），星形细胞瘤19例（12.4％），室管膜瘤14例（9％），脑膜瘤及转移瘤各为7例（4％），胆脂瘤6例（4％），脉络丛乳头状瘤4例（2.6％），少支胶质瘤1例（0.6％），并根据好发部位对后颅窝肿瘤的CT特征和定性诊断、鉴别诊断进行讨论，认为必须结合临床病史、年龄、肿瘤好发部位及相关的影像学资料，方可提高其正确诊断率。

: This is a report of 135 pathologically and surgically proved cases of posterior fossa tumors. Acoustic Neurinomas was the most common type(49 cases, 32%), the second common type was medul-loblastomas(26 cases, 17%),the rest were hemangioblastomas (20 cases, 13%) .astrocytomas (19 cases, 13%), ependymomas (14 cases, 9 % ), meningiomas ( 7 cases, 4 % ), metastatic tumors ( 7 cases ,4%), cholesteatomas ( 6 cases.4%),plexus papillomas(4 cases,2. 6%) and oligodendrogliomas. The CT characteristics and natural diagnosis and differential diagnosis of posterior fossa tumors were disscused according,the patient's history,age,tumor location and related image data.
