A Study on Technique for Ion Strengthening of the Surface of High Precision and Large Corrugated Roller

对高精度大型瓦楞辊采取直接吊挂式表面离子强化处理法,大幅度提高了瓦楞辊表面强度、硬度,同时保证表面硬度均匀分布,从而延长瓦楞辊的使用寿命。

Using ion strengthening technique to treat the surface of high precision and large corrugated roller can improve the strength and hardness of the surface, and assure an uniform distribution of the hardness of the surface to extend the service life of the corrugated roller.
