200例眩晕患者的经颅多普勒分析

AN ANALYSIS ON TCD TEST OF 200 PATIENTS WITH VERTIGO

目的:探讨不同年龄段患者眩晕症状的原因。方法:对200例眩晕患者根据不同年龄、病程进行了对照分析。结果:TCD提示多数眩晕患者有不同程度的脑血管血流速度改变,存在脑血管供血功能异常,与VBI系统供血关系密切。结论:本组结果发现眩晕患者有不同程度的脑血管血流速度改变,存在脑血管供血功能异常。TCD检测异常率达87%,且不同类型有不同的TCD表现。较高的阳性检出率及对分型的意义说明TCD对临床诊疗有较大的帮助。

Objective:To investigase the causes of vertigo in patients of various ages.Method:Contrast study of the 200 patients with vertigo in different age and course of disease was performed.Result: TCD test revealed that there were change of different degree of cerebral blood flow velocity,and an abnormal cerebral blood supply in most of the patients with vertigo,and the sign of vertigo was relative close with the VBI system.Conclution:The data suggested that there are some changes of blood flow velocity and some insufficienty of cerebral blood supply in patients with vertigo.The abnormal rate of TCD was 87%.different types of vertigo have different changes of TCD.The higher positive rate of TCD and its significance to differentiating types showed that TCD is very importance in clinical diagnosis and treatment of vertigo.
