解决乡(镇)村债务问题必须标本兼治。推进农村政治体制改革是解决乡(镇)村债务问题的关键。
To solving the village obligation problem must treat it by looking into both its root cause and symptoms. Pushing forward the village political system reformation is a key to resolve the village obligation problem.
