摘要
优秀教师流失的问题是近年来中学教师队伍建设遇到的突出问题之一。其原因主要有五个方面:一、经济杠杆的驱动;二、教育工作的压力;三、学校小环境的限制;四、事业的追求;五、个性的冲动。要保持中学教师队伍的稳定性应采取如下四条对策:一、思想上树立科学的教师流动观念;二、经济上努力提高教师福利待遇;三、合理规划,促进教师专业化发展;四、科学管理,营造良好的人文环境。
The drop-out of talented teachers in middle school has become a prominent problem in the construction of teaching staff in recent years. The main reasons are the following: 1. prompted by economic benefit; 2. the pressure of educational work; 3. the restriction of the micro school environment; 4. seeking for better professions; 5.acting with impulsive personality. In order to keep the stability of teaching stuff, we should take the four countermeasures of the following: 1. fostering the scientific viewpoint of teachers' flow; 2. improving teachers' living condition; 3. rational planning to promote the specialized development of teachers; 4. scientific management in creating a more favorable human environment.
