荣成市渔民翼状胬肉的流行病学调查

An epidemiological survey of fishermen’s pterygium in Rongcheng city

目的观察荣成市渔民翼状胬肉患者的流行病学特征。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,抽取荣成市沿海地区8757名渔民为调查对象。结果荣成市渔民翼状胬肉的患病率为20.70%,男性占61.61%,女性占38.39%,患病部位以鼻侧多见占97.52%,IV级翼状胬肉占检出人数的3.50%。结论渔民中翼状胬肉患病率较高,可能与长期户外劳动、紫外线照射强度高有关。

Objective To study an epidemiological survey of fishermen's pterygium in Rongcheng city. Methods The grouped random sampling rule survey was carried out in a sample population of 8757 who lived in seaside district of Rongcheng city. Results The incidence of fishermen's pterygium in Rongcheng city was found to be 20.70% (male 61.61%, female 38.39%). The pterygium occurred most in nasal conjunctiva (97.5%). Pterygium of Ⅳ grade had a 3.50% portion of all patients. Conclusion According to this study, a higher incidence of fishermen's pterygium is found. Long-term outdoor labor with stronger ultraviolet exposure may account for this situation.
