运载火箭测试发射过程故障诊断系统研究

介绍了应用故障信息的静态评估与分析技术、动态评估与分析技术、系统状态快速评估综合平台;研制出适应于运载火箭测试过程的框架结构的故障检测与诊断系统,并设计了具有在线和离线故障检测功能的诊断软件.该成果对加速运载火箭测试发射过程故障诊断技术和先进的快速状态评估技术研究,以及缩短运载火箭发射周期等都具有重要意义.

The paper introduces the static evaluating and analyzing technology, the dynamic evaluating and analyzing technology and the quick evaluation synthetical basis of the system state. It has developed the fault detecting and diagnosis system which is adapted to the frame structure of the launch vehicle's testing and launching process. The diagnosis software with online and offline detecting is designed. The result has great importance in accelerating the research of the fault diagnosis technology and the advanced quick state evaluation technology in the launch vehicle's testing and launching process, and shortening the launch vehicle's launching period.
