摘要
通过7根碳纤维布加固补强钢筋混凝土梁的试验,研究了粘贴不同层数、不同长度碳纤维布对钢筋混凝土梁受弯性能的影响和作用.试验研究了加固梁初裂荷载、极限荷载、刚度以及纤维布应力变化规律.通过比较试验结果与有限元计算结果,验证了有限元法对纤维布加固RC梁计算结果的可靠性与通用性,结果表明加固梁受弯承载力及刚度明显提高,裂缝形态得到改善,碳纤维布受弯加固是便捷的、高效的.
Based on the tests of seven simply supported reinforced concrete beams strengthened with continuous carbon fiber sheet, the influence and effect on flexural strength in different layers and lengths of carbon fiber sheet are analyzed, including cracking load, ultimate load, stiffness and stress distribution of carbon fiber sheet. The conclusions of the tests and the results calculated with finite element method are compared and can prove the credibility and generality of finite element method for reinforced concrete beams strengthened with carbon fiber sheet. The results show that the bearing capacity, stiffness and modality of crack are obviously improved. Strengthening method with carbon fiber sheet is convenientand efficient.
