本文简述个人通信的概念与发展状况；讨论个人通信的特点，并根据这些特点，从接入、传输和控制方面详细讨论个人通信网络的结构。
This paper gives a brief account of the concept and development situation of PersonalCommunications,and a detailed discussion of the architecture of Personal communicationsnetwork in view of network access,transportation and control, according to the feature ofpersonal Communications which is the first topic of discussion.
