论点心的成型技法

摘要 点心的形状可谓是千姿百态、肖物象形,极大地丰富了我国点心的品种。但只要领会了点心的成型特点及其理念,并结合点心制作的实际进行探索,就能掌握点心的成型技法,塑造好点心的形状并创造出丰富多彩、形状各异的新的点心品种。 Light refreshments have infinite variety of shapes and pictographs, which has greatly enriched the kinds and categories of our country's wheaten food. In order to have a good master of the shaping skills, mould and innovate rich and colorful variety of refreshments of different shapes we need to fully understand the shaping characteristics and do hard work on exploration in combination with the practice of refreshment preparation.
