Baoying is the home of lotus roots in China. In order to make Baoying county superior to other places in lotus roots production, processing and marketing, it is very important for it to well develop its natural priority, recognize the specific value of Baoying lotus roots, fix its brand place, unearth its cultural connotation with the help of the understanding of local humanistic history and utilize lotus roots comprehensively and in all directions. Only in this way can the collective group of lotus roots production be cultivated and the industrial superiority be formed.
