摘要
针对当前饭店业面临的现状,如何建立一个科学、合理、有效、客观、公正的绩效体系已成为饭店业企业寻求发展的当务之急,饭店企业在加强绩效管理的过程中,应遵循的以顾客需求为基础、控制员工流失、促进员工发展、达到企业满意最佳效果的基本原则,从而形成适合饭店需求的绩效管理模式。
According to the present situation with our hotel industry how to establish a scientific, reasonable, effective,objective and fair system of the assessment of a hotel's achievements and efficiency has become a matter of great urgency in these days. In the course of strengthening achievement and efficiency management we should abide by the following three basic principles:1) taking the requirements and needs of consumers as the base; 2) taking the control of flowing out personnel and the promotion of working staff development as the target and 3) taking the industry satisfaction as the pursuing aim, thus forming a performance management mode suitable to the demands of hotels.
