摘要
目的了解市售蔬菜水果及干货食品中酞酸酯的污染状况。方法采用毛细管柱气相色谱质谱联用的选择离子检测技术(GC-MS-SIR),结合超声波振荡、有机溶剂回流提取、低温浓缩的前处理方法。结果样品中酞酸二丁酯(dinbutylphthalate,DBP)和酞酸二异辛酯[di-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate,DEHP]的含量分别为ND~28.2μg/g和ND~30.44μg/g。结论酞酸酯类环境污染物已侵入大部分蔬菜水果及干货食品,研究并预防其对机体将产生的远期危害已成人们的迫切任务。
Objective To find out the level of phthalic acid esters(PAEs) pollution of vegetables,fruits, and dried food in the market.Methods The selective ion monitoring mode(SIM) of capillary column gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS) coupled with supersonic oscillate, organic solvent extraction and low temperature concentration techniques were used.Results The contents of di-n-bytyl phthalate(DBP) and di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate(DEHP) were ND~28.2 μg/g and ND~30.44 μg/g respectively.Conclusion Contaminants such as phthalic acid esters have polluted most vegetables, fruits, and dried food. It is pressing to study their potential harm on human health and measures to be taken against it.
