磁共振尿路造影在泌尿系疾病中的临床应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的评价磁共振尿路造影(magneticresonanceurography,MRU)在泌尿系疾病中的临床应用价值。方法对53例泌尿系疾病患者进行MRU检查,影像表现与手术、病理及其他影像学资料进行对照分析。结果MRU均能清楚显示尿路影像,53例患者中,先天异常3例,肾盂癌2例,输尿管良性狭窄3例,输尿管结石15例,输尿管癌2例,膀胱癌9例,前列腺增生19例。结论MRU是一种安全无创的检查方法,对尿路梗阻的定位诊断准确可靠,定性诊断有其局限性,但结合常规T1WI、T2WI常可达到明确诊断的目的。 Objective To evaluate the value of clinical application of magnetic resonance urography (MRU) in urinary tract diseases.Methods MRU was performed in 53 patients with urinary tract diseases. Their imaging findings were analyzed and correlated with surgical, pathology and other imaging data.Results MRU well demonstrated the urinary tract.In 53 cases, urinary tract diseases included congenital malformation(3), renal pelvis carcinoma(2), uretal benign stricture(3), calculus(15), uretal carcinoma(2), bladder disorder (9) and benign prostate hyperplasia(19).Conclusion MRU is a safe and noninvasive method in diagnosis of urinary tract diseases.It has an important value in locating urinary tract obstruction, but it has some limitations for qualitative diagnosis.If it is combined with conventional T1WI and T2WI, the specific diagnosis can be definitive.
