黄芪对糖尿病大鼠血糖和血液流变学特性的影响 被引量:23

摘要 目的:研究中药黄芪对四氧嘧啶诱发的糖尿病(DM)大鼠血糖和血液流变学特性的影响。方法:腹腔注射四氧嘧啶制备DM大鼠模型。用黄芪煎剂对大鼠施行灌胃治疗,以甲苯磺丁脲(D860)为对照药,治疗7d后分别测定血糖以及高、低切变率下的全血粘度、血浆粘度和红细胞压积,并检测体外形成血栓的长度、湿重和干重以及血小板聚集率等指标。结果:DM大鼠模型复制后,大鼠的血糖水平以及上述指标均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),而黄芪治疗后,大鼠的上述指标均显著低于DM模型组(P<0.05~0.01)。结论:黄芪可降低DM大鼠的血糖,且明显改善DM大鼠的血液流变学特性,而D860只降低DM大鼠的血糖,对血液流变学特性的改善逊色于黄芪。 Objective:To study the effects of traditional Chinese medicine——radix astragali on blood glucose concentration and rheology of rat with diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods:DM was induced with injection of Alloxan(200?mg/kg?ip)on Wistar rat.Radix astragali decoction was administrated orally once a day(with D_(860)as control drug)on rat with DM,7 days later,blood samples were collected to detect blood glucose concentration,blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,platelet aggregation rate as well as the length,wet weight and dry weight of thrombi formed extrasomatically.Results:After DM rats were reconstructed,the above_mentioned indices increased obviously(P<0.01,compared with normal control).After administration of radix astragali,the values of parameters with aboveindiceswere lower in evidence than those in DM model group(P<0.05~0.01).Conclusion:Besides reducing blood glucose concentration,radix astragali improves blood rheology of DM rat,while D_(860) is inferior to radix astragali in improving blood rheology of DM rat.
