以聚乙二醇(polyethyleneglycol,PEG2000)为模板剂,醋酸锌(Zn(CH3COO)2·2H2O)为前驱体,乙醇为溶剂,二乙醇胺[NH(C2H4OH)2]为络合剂,通过溶胶凝胶法在玻璃基片上制备了ZnO多孔薄膜。利用红外光谱,热重差热分析及扫描电镜等测试方法对薄膜的结构和特性进行了分析。探讨了样品在溶胶凝胶及煅烧过程中的物理化学变化。研究了前驱体浓度、PEG2000加入量及不同水浴温度对薄膜结构和性能的影响。结果表明:当m[Zn(CH3COO)2]/m[PEG2000]=9.43∶1(质量比),将溶胶在70℃水浴下处理1h,最终可制得具有一定多孔结构的ZnO薄膜。
ZnO porous films were prepared on glass substrates by sol-gel method using polyethylene glycol (PEG2000) as organic template, Zn(CH3COO)2·2H2O as precursor, ethanol as solvent and NH(C2H4OH)2 as chelating agent. The characteristics and microstructure of ZrO porous films, as well as the chemical and physical changes took place during the sol-gel preparation and heat treatments, were analyzed by infrared, thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis and scanning electron microscopy. The effects of precursor concentration, PEG2000 content and water bath temperature on the characteristics of films were studied. The results show that ZnO porous thin films can be obtained based on the phase separation principle when the m[Zn(CH3COO)2]/m[PEG2000] ratio is 9.43:1 (in mass) and the sol was pretreated in water bath at 70°C for 1 h before dipping.
