下肢静脉曲张腔内激光治疗近期疗效观察 被引量：36

Observations on eraly outcome of endovascular laser therapy for varicuse veins of lower extremity

摘要 对2004年1～10月收治的下肢静脉曲张患者60例,随机分成传统手术组和腔内激光治疗组,每组30例。传统手术组和腔内激光组手术时间分别为(72.4±18.4)min和(46.5±15.5)min;手术失血量分别为(110.1±40.7)mL和(10.7±12.5)mL;住院时间分别为(5.8±2.4)d和(3.8±1.3)d;均有显著性差异(均P<0.01)。激光腔内治疗组术后疼痛轻、下床活动早。两组术后并发症无差异。提示腔内激光治疗下肢静脉曲张手术时间短、失血少,术后疼痛轻,下床活动早,住院时间短,患者恢复快,是下肢静脉曲张的一种微创手术方法。远期疗效有待进一步观察。
