A Thought on the Quality Appraisal of Scientific Periodicals

1989年全国高校理科学报编排质量评优和1992年全国科技期刊评优,对我国科技期刊整体水平的提高,起了积极的作用。但评比中也存在某些问题,若能妥善解决,将更充分调动科技期刊编辑工作者的积极性。

The paper points out that the national appraisal of the arrangement quality of college journals of natural science in 1989 and that of scientific periodicals in 1992 have played an active part in the improvement of the quality of the scientific periodicals as a whole in the country . It also points out that some problems still exist in such appraisals and their desirable solution will fully improve the editorial quality of scientific periodicals .
