包装行业协会在关贸总协定保障机制中的作用浅议

On the Role of Packaging Enterprise Organizations in the Guarantee Mechanism of GATT

我国恢复关贸总协定席位将促进我国包装行业的发展和繁荣。运用关贸总协定的保障机制可保护国内包装生产厂商免遭进口产品的严重损害,而包装行业协会在保障活动中起着关键作用。本文分析了目前包装行业协会的作用,提出包装行业协会应建设成为国际公认意义上的行业组织。

China's returning to GATT will further the development of herpackaging industry and making use of the guarantee mechanism of GATT will protect packaging factories in the country from being damaged byimports. Packaging enterprise organizations will contribute greatly to the guarantee mechanism. This paper analyses the function of packaging enterprise organizations in this aspect and thinks that organizations of this kind should have their position in related international activities.
