摘要
目的:分析面中部骨折的CT影像表现,以提高临床诊断水平。材料和方法:回顾性分析65例经临床证实的面中部骨折的16层CT图像。图像后处理采用GEAW4.1,行多平面重建(MPR)、表面遮盖显示(SSD)及容积重建(VR)。结果:16层CT图像显示了65例面中部骨折,其中上颌窦骨折占55.90%;眼眶骨折(不包括眶下壁)22.18%;颧骨颧弓骨折10.36%;鼻骨骨折5.54%;蝶骨翼突骨折6.02%。结论:面中部骨折的CT影像显示清晰,16层螺旋CT在诊断中有重要作用。
To study CT findings in mid-facial fractures,in order to improve diagnosing accuracy.Mate- rials and Methods:16-slice spiral CT images of65cases proved mid-facial fractures by clinic were evaluated retrospectively,postprocessing of images was performed by GE AW4.1with multiplanar re-construction(MPR),surface shaded display(SSD)and volume rendering(VR).Results:16-slice spiral CT images were showed in all65cases with mid-facial fractures.Among them,there were cases with maxillary sinus fracture51.08%;orbital fracture(orbital floor wall excepted)22.18%;fracture of zy-gomatic bone and arch10.36%;nasal bone fracture5.54%;fracture of pterygoid process of sphenoid bone6.02%.Conclusion:CT findings can clearly display mid-facial fractures,16-slice spiral CT play an important role in diagnosis.
