摘要
目的:评估彩色多普勒超声检测小腿肌肉静脉丛血栓的应用价值。材料和方法:对11例主诉小腿疼痛或肿胀患者进行深静脉彩色多普勒超声检查。结果:发现11例中有5例左小腿,4例右小腿,2例双侧小腿肌肉静脉丛血栓形成。结论:彩色多普勒超声完全可以检测小腿肌肉静脉丛血栓形成,并能够成为常规方法加以推广。
To evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasound to muscular veniplex thrombosis of calf.Materials and Methods:11cases complain of pain or tenderness of the posterior calf underwent color Doppler ultrasound examination.Results:11cases all had muscular veniplex thrombosis of calf.Conclu-sion:Color Doppler ultrasound can diagnose muscular veniplex thrombosis of calf,and it would be spread as the routine examination.
