摘要
结合一个椭圆形封头实例,介绍了在Pro/EngineerWildfire环境下建立三维化工设备零件库的方法。根据化工设备设计条件单,从所建的零件库中选用筒体、接管、封头、法兰、人手孔等零件,调用所选零件进行整体装配,根据设备的三维设计调整、修改设计方案,定稿后生成二维化工设备装配图作为技术文件备用。从而缩短化工设备的设计周期,提高产品的设计效率和弹性。
At the platform of Pro/Engineer Wildfire, it illustrates the method of the 3D device part library. Based on the condition of the chemical device design, we adopted the parts such as the body of the canister, pipe, the head of the hermetic container, flange, manhole from the part library. Then we adjusted and modified the project in accordance with the demand of the 3D device design. Finally the 2D assembly drawing of chemical device was finished for the technology document. It can save plenty of time and improve the design efficiency and flexibility for the product.
