摘要
为了解决无法按正常方式展开的复杂钣金件的设计、展开及生成二维工程图的效率问题,基于Pro/E软件建构了钣金件的实体模型及其工程图,以Pro/E提供的二次开发工具Pro/TOOLKIT为基础,通过建立参数关系和编写控制程序完成了参数的获取、传递及修改,实现了只需在UI对话框中输入参数而不需修改源程序代码便可以实现多种相似钣金件的设计、展开及其二维工程图的生成和输出。
In order to solve the problems of wasting too much time in designing and unfolding complex sheet metal parts and generating their 2D drawings, sheet metal parts and their 2D drawings are built with Pro/E. Getting, transmitting and modifying parameters are approached by building parametric relations and compiling Pro/TOOLKIT programs. So, many similar complex sheet metal parts are achieved by changing parameters in the User Interface Dialog Boxes and not modifying original program codes.
