肺霉菌病的临床X线诊断及分析(附37例报告)

Clinical X-ray Diagnosis and Analysis of Pulmonary Mycosis (Report 37 Cases)

目的:提高对肺霉菌病的临床及X线诊断水平。材料与方法:回顾性分析经病原菌检查证实为霉菌性肺炎的37例患者的临床和X线表现,观察其临床及X线特点。结果:37例霉菌性肺炎中,小片状模糊阴影25例、网状阴影4例、大片状阴影4例、团块影或巨块影3例、其中合并胸腔积液7例、肺不张6例。另有1例病灶内出现不规则空洞。结论:在长期使用抗生素、免疫抑制剂或激素的患者常可引起霉菌感染,应该高度重视。

Purpose:To raise clinical X-ray diagnosis standard to the pulmonary mycosis.Materials and Methods:The pneumonia through the bacteria of pathogeny is checked up to confirm for mould in the review analysis,the 37 Cases.Observe it′s clinical and X-ray characteristic.Results:In the 37 cases moulds pneumonia,25 cases shadows are blured to small form,net form 4 cases shadows and big piece form 4 cases shadows,and round piece shadow or huge 3 cases shadows,Among them merging pleural effussion 7 cases and atelectasis 6 cases.Having has in addition appeared the irregular cavity inside the same focus.Conclusion:The patient who uses antibiotic、immunity inhibitor or hormone for long-term,cause the mould infects,and should highly attach importance to.
