Research of legislation on management of rural cooperative medical insurance in Shanghai

根据对上海市农村合作医疗保险的调查 ,该文应用ROCCIPI方法 ,分析和论述了上海农村合作医疗保险地方性立法的必要性和可行性 。

According to the investigation of rural cooperative medical insurance in Shanghai,this paper by adapting ROCCIPI method, analyzed and discussed the necessity and feasibility of local legislation on rural cooperative medical insurance in Shanghai. It had proposed some suggestions of legislation countermeasure.
