乡镇卫生院综合优势指标的建立与检验

Creating township hospital comprehensive superiority index in rural areas

通过询问农村居民 ,可直接明了乡镇卫生院在农村居民医疗市场中的优势所在。遵循这一思路 ,该文采取需方评价的方法 ,对反映乡镇卫生院的 5个指标进行综合 ,建立了乡镇卫生院综合优势指标并加以检验。结果显示 :乡镇卫生院综合优势指标能很好反映实际情况 ,与乡镇卫生院农村医疗市场份额正相关 ;乡镇卫生院的发展应着重“收费让人接受”、“医生服务热情”方面的建设。

The authors used the method of consumer evaluation, by integrating the five variables reflecting the superiority of township hospitals and create the township hospital superiority index(THSI) which represents the superiority of township hospital.
