摘要
该文描述了县级防疫站、医院和妇幼保健院人力资源的现状和近 5年的变动趋势。通过横向比较认为县级防疫站的人力素质低于县级医院和妇幼保健院 ,通过纵向比较认为县级防疫站的人员变动趋势较县级医院有失合理。文章进一步探讨了防疫站内部技术科室在人力配置上的差别 ,认为防疫站内部技术科室之间的人力素质确有差异 ,且这种差异与各科室的经济收益差别有明显关联。从而在人力问题上证明了总课题的逻辑推论
This paper describes current situation and changing tendency of manpower in the County Health and Anti-epidemic Station (CHAS), County Hospital (CH) and County Maternal and Child Health Station (CMCHS). The result shows the manpower quality of CHAS is lower than CH and CMCHS. And the changing tendency of manpower in CHAS is relatively unreasonable than CH. The study makes a further discuss on the manpower allocation in interior section of CHAS. There is a certain difference among the different section and this difference is obviously associated with the sections' benefit. Based on this, the study proves the general research's logic deduction: the weakness of Anti epidemic function among different function within the CHAS as followed.
