The Clinical Use of CT Three-Dimensional Bone Reconstruction

摘要 利用Elscint 2400 Elect全身CT机,3D软件,分别使用2.5mm,5mm和10mm三种层厚和重叠与不重叠两种方法进行横断层扫描,经计算机处理重建三维立体图像,选最佳角度摄片。通过对165例图像质量进行客观评价,对扫描方法和效果进行对比分析,结果2.5mm层厚床进2mm重叠扫描图像效果最好。三维立体图像对影像诊断学提供了新的方法,是实际工作中的一种有效资料,可做为其它图像的一种补充,提高了临床诊断率和治疗方案的确定。但也有一定限度,不能做为常规使用,可对个别需要的病例进行特殊扫描,三维重建处理。 165 cases of Three-Dimensional (3-D) reconstruction imaging were reported by using Elscint 2400 Elect whole body CT scanner. The quality of image,method of scanning and results were evaluated and analysed comparatively. The technique included overlapped and contiguous scanning,with 2. 5,5 and 10 mm slice thickness,respectively,using 3-D software to get 3 - D pictures and selecting the best angle to get CT films. The results showed that the image quality of 2. 5 mm slice thickness ,2. 0 mm bed increment and overlap scanning is the best. 3-D reconstruction imaging provided a new methed for imaging diagnosis. It can also improve the imaging diagnosis and help to plan the treatment in some special cases. The limitation of 3-D is that it can not be used as a conventional method.
