A remote elevator supervisory control system based on PC and PLC was introduced in this paper. The system configuration, control program of PLC and monitor program on PC were elaborated. After used to monitor the operation of elevator, the system was confirmed to achieve stability and real - time perfor mance, and requirement of supervisory control system was met.
