摘要 文章介绍了一种基于RS-232总线技术的惯性仪器标定测试设备的设计与实现。惯性仪器是导弹武器系统的敏感测量元件,在使用前需要进行标定测试,以确保仪表合格和性能稳定。本文介绍了惯性仪器标定测试设备的设计与软件编程实现,它采用RS-232总线技术和Visual Basic编程,能同时测量多块惯性仪,完成惯性仪表的各种试验和性能标定测试,测试数据自动存入数据库自动管理。 The design and realization of the calibration and test system of the inertial instrument based on RS - 232 is introduced in the paper. Inertial instrument which is the missile system' s sensitive element in measuring must be calibrated and tested before using. The hardware design and the software programming of the system are discussed firstly. It adopts the technology of RS - 232 interface and can carry out test for serval inertial instrument at the same time. It can realize various kinds of experiment and the performance calibration test,and test Data will be save into the Database automatically,so as to carry out automatic Data management. Its test accuracy is high and its test speed is fast,can be used in the engineering.
