摘要
现有的石粉加工技术存在大量排放粉尘的问题,问题的症结在于旋风分级器收集效率不高。折返流针轮转子分级器是一种新型离心两级分级技术。它以针轮转子启动离心旋流,配合以孔筒配风和布料,用锥筒加速颗粒沉降,分步分仓卸料,切向排气完成能量恢复。阻力降低到-500Pa以下。有关的应用表明,转子离心两级分级器能够有效分离2μm以下的微粒。用折返流针轮转子离心两级分级器作为新型石粉加工系统的核心,它能显著削减场地粉尘污染,缩小系统所占空间,并增加一级微细粉产品。
Today's rock powder processing gives out serious particle pollution, which is resulted from low collection efficiency of cyclone classifier. A reversal flow bristle assembly classifier is a novel two-stage mechanical classifier, in which bristle assemblies activate a rotary flow, a pored canister is used to distribute gas and particles peripherally, a taper to accelerate particles downwards, and particles are collected in two step in different cabinets. Its resistance is less than -500 Pa. A pertinent utilization of the classifier shows that it can collect efficiently micro particles under 2μm in diameter. As a core of rock powder processing system, the classifier reduces considerably particle pollution, lessens occupied space and gives out fine powder product additionally.
